Irritating tone

Things were fine until that crappy comment was sent. My friend's face was turning red , blue and purple because of one sms sent by someone. That was followed by a list of spam messages, the ringing tone irritated me. I think people should really start considering other people's feelings when they are sending smses and talking. Why can't we just be a little more sensitive to the environment, the people around us and to the situation then? Just a food for thought...
